Personal data

Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 known as “information technology and freedom” as amended, any natural person has the rights of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning them. Data entered in the forms (contact, booking) is sent by email to handle your request; it is not stored in a database on our servers. An email delivery provider (Resend) handles transmission. Light/dark theme is stored locally on your device (browser storage). When you go from the booking page to the contact form, trip details may be kept temporarily in the browser's session storage to pre-fill the message, then cleared after use. The embedded Google Map loads in your browser only with your consent (cookie banner) and may involve Google cookies or trackers. Ratings and Google reviews shown on the site are retrieved via the Google Places API from our servers (public reviews); content (e.g. review photos) may be loaded from Google's infrastructure without the same consent step as the embedded map. You can exercise your rights by contacting us at the address above.

Any transfer of this data to third parties will be subject to the user's prior agreement. The site editor undertakes to take recognized technical precautions in order to preserve the security of the user's personal data, in particular so that it is not damaged, distorted or communicated to unauthorized third parties.

Statistical data and cookies

We do not use Google Analytics or ad audience measurement on this site. Cookies or trackers may be set by Google if you accept the embedded Maps display. Your non-essential cookie choice is stored locally for a limited time (see CNIL guidance on consent retention). You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. We apply data minimization.

Purposes and methods of processing personal data

Personal data you provide through the forms (“Data”) and related technical data are processed only for the following purposes:

• respond to your requests (contact, booking) by emailing our services; no data is stored in a database on our servers;
• display public ratings and reviews from Google (Places API, server-side calls) and allow related assets to load from Google's infrastructure;
• display the embedded Google Map when you consent via the banner (potential third-party cookies or trackers);
• keep the site secure and available (for example rate-limiting form submissions).

Form Data is sent by email; it is not stored in a database on our systems. Calls to the Google Places API for reviews are made from our hosting infrastructure.

Special categories of data (health, mobility)

If you indicate a need for medical transport (VSL) or reduced mobility information, you may provide special-category data under the GDPR. It is processed solely to assess and fulfil your transport request, on the basis of pre-contractual measures or contract performance, and is not used for other purposes.

Legal bases (Article 6 GDPR)

Depending on the processing:

• form requests: performance of pre-contractual measures or contract (responding to your request);
• display of public reviews and server-side Places calls: legitimate interest (presenting the business), implemented proportionately; you may object by contacting us;
• embedded Google Map and related trackers: consent, withdrawable at any time via “Cookie settings”;
• site security and abuse prevention: legitimate interest.

Data recipients

Form data is emailed to our services via Resend (delivery provider). The site is hosted by Hetzner (Germany, European Union). When you accept the embedded Google Map, Google may set cookies and process technical data. Public ratings and reviews rely on Google services (Places); exchanges occur between our servers and Google, and your browser may load resources from Google's infrastructure (including review photos). No transfer for marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

The Data may also be communicated to third parties to comply with a legal obligation or a court decision.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some processors may process data outside the EEA (for example Resend Inc., United States; Google LLC). Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other recognised safeguards, and by the providers' policies. Primary hosting for the site is in the European Union (Germany).

Data retention

We do not store form contents in a database on our servers. Messages received by email follow your mailbox retention and ours (kept only as long as necessary to handle the request). Your choice regarding non-essential cookies is stored locally for a limited period in line with CNIL recommendations.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are rate-limited. Third-party API keys are not exposed to the browser when calls are made server-side.

Your rights

You can exercise the following rights:

• right of access means the right to obtain from the Company confirmation that your Data is or is not processed and, when they are, access to said Data;
• right of rectification and right to erasure means the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate and/or incomplete Data, as well as the erasure of Data when the request is legitimate;
• right to restriction of processing means the right to request suspension of processing when the request is legitimate;
• right to data portability means the right to obtain Data in a structured, commonly used and readable format, as well as the right to transfer Data to other data controllers;
• right to object means the right to object to the processing of Data where the request is legitimate, including where Data is processed for marketing or profiling, where applicable;
• right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority, or with the authority in your country, if you consider processing unlawful.
